Agreement to Terms

By booking a tour with Royal Desert Safari Tour (“we”, “us”, “our”) or using our website royaldesertsafaritour.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or phone from our team. Please ensure all details provided during booking (names, pickup location, contact number) are accurate.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED (unless stated otherwise) and are subject to change without prior notice for new bookings. Prices for already-confirmed bookings will not change. Payment can be made online, in cash, or as otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows on the day of the tour are not eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to severe weather conditions or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

Pickup & Timing

Pickup times are estimated and may vary slightly depending on traffic and hotel location. We recommend being ready at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup window.

Health & Safety

Dune bashing and other desert activities involve physical movement and are not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with back or heart conditions, or young children in certain activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions at the time of booking. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are expected to follow the safety instructions provided by our drivers and staff.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, drivers, and other guests. Royal Desert Safari Tour reserves the right to refuse service or end a tour early, without refund, in cases of disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure guest safety, Royal Desert Safari Tour is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Photography & Media

Photos or videos taken during tours may occasionally be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media. Guests who do not wish to be featured may inform our staff at the start of the tour.

Changes to Itinerary

While we aim to deliver the exact itinerary described on our website, minor changes to activity order, timing, or camp location may occur due to operational or weather-related reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
